[](http://www.uploadify.com) # .uploadifyUpload() **$('#someID').uploadifyUpload(ID);** The **.uploadifyUpload()** method initiates the upload or one or all of the files in the queue. ### Arguments **ID** (optional) The unique ID of the file you want to upload. This ID is generated by the Uploadify script when a file is selected and added to the queue.
