在網站開發的時候，常常需要生成一個唯一的的會話（session）id，這個會話 id 存儲在 cookie 中或者在其它安全的地方。:

輸入參數：st，不限制 st 唯一，但是建議傳入的 st 是唯一的，可以是 IP 或者一些環境信息。 輸出：唯一的 session id 字符串。
