轉換 `value` 為整數

**注意:** 這個函數參考 [`ToInteger`](http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/6.0/#sec-tointeger).

### 參數

1.  value (\*)

    要轉換的值

### 返回值 (number)

返回轉換后的整數

### 示例

```
_.toInteger(3);
// => 3

_.toInteger(Number.MIN_VALUE);
// => 0

_.toInteger(Infinity);
// => 1.7976931348623157e+308

_.toInteger('3');
// => 3
