## **概述**
* 致遠協同合同產品是以v5平臺為基礎，?以協同為設計理念，以流程為驅動，幫助企事業單位實現**合同全流程管控**的應用產品。對合同從起草、簽訂、履約、變更到結束全周期的過程、結果管理與監控的信息化解決方案。其管理范圍包含但不限于對合同的電子化升級、審批、內容合規性審核、企業經營數據分析。合同管理可以對合同簽約前、中、后狀態進行實時的數字化反饋，輔助企業領導團隊進行重要決策。
