                            一、登錄寶塔面板，打開【計劃任務】，任務類型選擇【備份數據庫】，設置備份周期，如【每天】，選擇需要備份的數據庫，每天備份的話，建議保留最新【30份】，點擊【添加任務】

二、在任務列表找到剛創建好的任務，操作【執行】

三、打開數據庫管理頁面，查看數據庫備份文件是否創建成功，以及數據庫大小是否異常，一般幾B或幾K的數據庫大小是有問題的，可再次手動執行備份。（如果數據庫較大的話，可能會有一分鐘左右的延遲）

四、根據需要可對數據庫進行備份【恢復】操作
