1. 作賓語
Please help yourself to some fish.
請吃一些魚吧。（yourself放在謂語help后面作賓語）
We enjoyed ourselves last night.
我們昨天晚上玩得很愉快。
2. 同位語(解釋說明其前名詞)
The thing itself is not important.
這件事本身不重要。（itself放在主語名詞The ting后面作同位語，去掉itself也可以）
Take good care of yourself.
照顧好你自己。（Take good care of 照顧好xxx）
She gained control of herself.
她控制住了自己（xxx gained control of xxx ）
