## **How to setup a Stripe Account-Gicater** **Payment System Integration for Gicater- How do I setup a Stripe Account?** Nowadays, more and more people use online payment for itsconvenience.?To support our customers, we use the online payment processor called Stripe. Let’s follow this guide to setup your Stripe account. **Getting Started** Go to?[Stripe's website](https://dashboard.stripe.com/register)?and create your account. Check your email to confirm your stripe account's creation. Then you can sign into your stripe account! **Turn on Live Mode**  Stripe has 2 modes, Test and Live. In?**Test Mode**, any credit card transactions you perform are fake. In?**Live Mode**, transactions are real. By default, you start in a Test mode. Switch to?**Live Mode**?now by clicking on the toggle at the top left corner At your first attempt to switch to?**Live Mode**, you will be asked to?**Activate**?your account.?You will now be presented with an application form. ?Your account will become active once you complete that form. You will need to provide some personal information for Stripe to verify who you are. For example, you will need your banking information so that Stripe can deposit the money into your bank account. **Send us the API Keys** Finally, you will need to send Gicater your?**Stripe API Keys**. You can find your API Keys under?*Developers -> API Keys* This will enable Gicater to charge your customers on your behalf through?**Instant Deal**:  **1.In Stripe, look for?API?on the left menu.** 2.Click on 'Reveal Secret Key' to reveal the secret key token. Note, both tokens should say 'live' in the key (see picture for example). They will start with **pk_live** and **sk_live** respectively.
