### **【餐飲】WindCave使用說明** 備注：**支持版本21.9及以上收銀** ### **1.概述** #### **1.1.集成概述** WindCave 對接使用機型 IPP350 USB接口，集成接口使用ScrController (API XML Socket) 測試用卡AMERICAN EXPRESS/Diners Club/VISA/MASTER，集成測試在新西蘭進行，美國、新加坡等地未測試。完成測試功能-刷卡支付（Purchase）、退款（Refund）、分機支付。 #### **1.2.WindCave環境部署** ※注意：安裝驅動時，必須連接刷卡機 1.下載安裝SCR Controller Software，安裝時要連接好USB刷卡機。下載地址https://www.windcave.com/support-software下載Windcave Production Software (目前安裝文件名稱為PXTupeloInstaller_Scr2.exe，默認安裝目錄C:\Program Files (x86)\DPS\Eftpos_scr\) 注意：如果無法獲取刷卡機狀態，則需要替換pxscrcontroller_cfg.txt。備份原來的pxscrcontroller_cfg.txt，并使用新下載的覆蓋，然后重啟“Payment Express SCR 200 Controller” ![](https://img.kancloud.cn/6b/5e/6b5e80f5f9aaa0b7b3a34fa68faad63b_719x465.png) #### **1.4.收銀21.6補丁程序的使用** 21.6版本收銀不支持windcave，所以需要替換補丁。替換方式為 1.重命名D:/COOLROID/Agile/POSClient.exe與POSManager.exe，以便備份 2.解壓補丁并把POSClient.exe/POSManager.exe拷貝到D:/COOLROID/Agile/目錄 3.進行一次下單、結賬操作，檢查有沒有問題 4.正常設置使用WindCave ### **2.收銀機使用** ### **2.1.后臺設置** 《支付方式》中《結賬類型》選擇“WindCave” ![](https://img.kancloud.cn/0b/4e/0b4e49b151b0baba5de330708cfb1a68_916x658.png) #### **2.2.前臺結賬** 結賬時，選擇WindCave，會自動調用windcave接口，刷卡成功后，會自動支付、打印、關臺。可以在已結單界面查看訂單信息。刷卡機默認超時時間為2min。 ![](https://img.kancloud.cn/43/72/437217196dfca7552cfb95fed8c1412e_474x291.png) **3.1.4.安裝中斷** 如果整個過程都已經能跑完，能夠檢測到pinpad，并且logon可以執行，則可以忽略該錯誤。否則的話，按照abort錯誤之前的步驟提示，去檢查問題所在。 ![](https://img.kancloud.cn/87/84/8784b1f910ea9d5e4eeec43395825752_463x265.png) **3.1.5.刷卡機不打印 merchant copy 和 customer copy** 刷卡機缺紙，或者刷卡機配置問題，請咨詢刷卡機售后 **3.1.6.Move5000無法安裝SCR Controller Software** **3.1.7.不希望刷卡機打印merchant/customer copy** 從刷卡機上找配置 **3.1.8.每次刷卡后，都馬上返回Declined** 有可能是刷卡機沒有激活，請聯系windcave商務確認。其他檢查事項 1.卡片正常 2.刷卡機按鈕是否被錯誤按下 3.收銀機是否正確顯示錯誤信息（表示刷卡機與收銀機通信正常）
